Eden Brown are looking to recruit a full time permanent Electrical Installation lecturer on behalf of a leading further education college in the Merseyside area.

As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality instruction and support to our students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that meets industry standards, preparing students for successful careers in Electrical Installation.

Key responsibilities:
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Ensure that the learning environment is safe, supportive, and conducive to learning.
* Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the curriculum.
* Mentor and support students in both practical and theoretical aspects of their studies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continuous improvement of the Electrical Installation

* A recognized qualification in .Electrical Installation to level 3
* Proven industry experience in Electrical Installation
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
