Application Requirements:

• A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• A flexible and adaptable approach, ready to meet the needs of different students and classrooms
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them engage with the curriculum
• Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions and boosters to help students catch up and progress
• Work with students with special educational needs, offering tailored support to help them overcome challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
