About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic team. This part-time role (3 days per week) is available immediately and has arisen due to the expansion of our teaching staff to accommodate growing student numbers. The selected candidate will be responsible for a lively and engaged class of 25 students, working alongside a supportive teaching assistant to deliver our innovative curriculum. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching Key Stage 2.
• A passion for working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
• Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and an understanding of the needs of SEN students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
