About the role:

We're seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This position has become available due to our commitment to maintaining excellent support for our students. As a key member of our educational family, you'll enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £100 to £120 per day, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Whether you're an experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge or a recent graduate eager to make a difference, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our students' success.

Application Requirements:

• A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

• A passion for working with children and supporting their learning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group activities and support individual students with their learning.

• Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and assessment.

• Provide targeted interventions to support students' academic and social development.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
