O365 Rollout Engineers – 3 Month Contracts - £170 Per day – Outside IR35

Are you passionate about technology and eager to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation journey of organisations? Our client, a consultancy requires x2 Contract O365 Rollout Engineers to join their dynamic team and help drive the seamless migration and adoption of Office 365 solutions to a key customer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Staging Data for Migration:

* Utilise provided runbooks to stage data effectively for migration using the Quest Migration Tool.

* Ensure meticulous attention to detail in data organization and transfer processes

* User Support Post Rollout: Provide hands-on assistance to users post-rollout, including but not limited to:

* Assisting with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrolment.

* Setting up OneDrive for Business accounts and configurations.

* Offer clear and concise guidance to users to ensure smooth adoption of Office 365 tools.

* Standard Post Rollout Support:

* Address and resolve user inquiries and issues related to Office 365 applications.

* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

* Document support activities and contribute to knowledge base improvement.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Office 365 migrations and rollouts, preferably in an enterprise environment.

* Familiarity with staging data for migration using tools such as the Quest Migration Tool.

* Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide excellent user support.

* Proficiency in guiding users through MFA enrolment and OneDrive setup processes.

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Certifications related to Office 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).

* Experience with other Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Team.
