Spinwell is recruiting for a HR Employee Relations Advisor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR
To support with the management of the client’s casework provision. This will include the management of key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all formal employee relations are delivered to the required standard and in line with policy, whilst providing a high level of governance.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR
* Demonstrable up to date knowledge of employment law and HR experience, including casework management.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5) or be willing to work towards it.
* Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders including senior managers and external service providers.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage shifting priorities.
