We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and products.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of warehouse processes, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Shift pattern 11:00am – 08:00pm

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations

- Oversee the use of warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and monitor product movement

- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and best practices

- Monitor productivity and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and meet operational goals

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipments

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

-Perform regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment - A valid Driving Licence

- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Familiarity with business processes related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
