The Role:
As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the delivery of our projects during RIBA Stages 4-7. You will be responsible for the production of detailed working drawings, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations, and managing the coordination during the construction phase. Working closely with our Part 3 Architect and project teams, you'll be involved in every step of the construction process, from initial design handover to on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce high-quality technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD for construction and project delivery.

* Assist in the preparation of tender documents, specifications, and construction packages under the supervision of senior architects.

* Ensure all projects comply with UK Building Regulations and maintain the highest standards of construction quality.

* Participate in site inspections, client meetings, and on-site coordination with contractors, monitoring project progress and ensuring quality control.

* Provide support in the preparation of technical designs and construction detailing during RIBA Stages 4-7.

* Communicate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Degree Level in an RIBA/CIAT accredited course or equivalent relevant experience.

* Proven experience working on a variety of project types, particularly during the construction phase.

* Proficiency in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, and other construction-related software.

Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and modern construction methodologies.

* Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

* Proven ability to produce detailed technical drawings for construction purposes.

* On-site experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills when working with contractors and stakeholders.

* Effective time management and organisational skills to ensure the timely delivery of tasks and accurate project reporting.

* Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands and work under pressure.
