Finance Administrator – 6 Month FTC
Nantwich – Hybrid Working
£24,000 per annum (pro rata)
 
Our national client are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with prior Finance Admin/Accounts Assistant experience to join a forward-thinking, friendly team. Experience of Sage 50 is preferred however, not essential.
The successful candidate will work within our Finance team to support all internal teams and maintain purchase ledger and sales ledger, raising and processing invoices. 
 
Key Duties:

Handling day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable.
Supporting other departments with finance related queries
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Answering incoming queries as part of the AWS Connect team 
The Ideal Candidate: 

Experience in finance administration would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a high level of discretion.
Methodical with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

£24,000 per annum (pro rata) and performance-based bonuses.
