The Role: Trainee Commercial Account Handler
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to their clients. Your role will involve providing comprehensive broking, technical, and administrative support to the Account Executives and Directors, ensuring they retain and win commercial clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing and administration of client accounts
* Maintaining client contact throughout the policy period
* Developing robust relationships with all clients
* Using technical skills to work with the Claims team for optimal outcomes
* Liaising with insurers on insurance programmes, new business enquiries, and mid-term amendments
* Coordinating with risk management, premium finance, and other third-party suppliers
