DCT Recruitment are seeking permanent applications for qualified Solicitors/Legal Executives who have at least 3-5 years’ post qualification experience in all Private Client matters (including Wills, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection), and who are keen to develop their own caseload and contribute to the growth of the Team through marketing and business development.
There is a broad range of high-quality work, and the successful applicant will enjoy the autonomy of managing their own caseload whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced Team. There may also be occasional travel to any of our other offices to provide support or attend to clients.
Team Leader
Our client wants to hear from candidates who are keen to progress and have management aspirations, as ideally, they want this role to progress after the 6-month probation period into a Trainee Team Leader position.
This will involve a period of 12-months training, working closely with the Director Responsible for the Team in relation to strategy, team plans and performance reviews for other members of the Team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range is between £40,000 and £55,000 (plus Team Leader incentive) per annum depending on experience.
Annual holiday entitlement in a full calendar year is either 23 or 25 days, depending on experience. This is in addition to bank holidays and an extra 3 days to be used between Christmas and New Year.
They have a health benefit in place, which employees are eligible to join after 6 months’ service.
In addition, they offer company sick pay and paid dependant’s leave.
Hybrid working is also available and can be discussed at your interview.
