Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant
 
Are you a recent education graduate who’s looking to gain valuable experience of supporting young learners in the classroom to aid in a future teacher training application?
 
Could you use your skills and knowledge to enhance the development and learning of KS1 and KS2 pupils as they embark on their education journeys?

***£80-£90 per day
***September 2024- July 2025
***1-2-1 and small group support for under-achieving KS1 and KS2 pupils across the curriculum.
***’Good’ primary school.
 
Requirements:

At least a 2:2 bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
Dedication to assisting in the delivery of a high-quality education to pupils aged 3-11.
Commitment to following safeguarding procedures and policies.
Natural ability to build strong bonds with young children.
Previous experience of working closely with children is beneficial, but not essential. 
The Role:

Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivery of exciting and engaging lessons.
Monitoring pupil progress and creating personalised support strategies.
Providing outstanding 1-2-1 and small group support to pupils.
Creating a positive learning environment by forming close relationships with both pupils and staff.
Participating in staff meetings and parents’ evenings.
