Please see the job description below-

Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Repairs team covering Basingstoke & the surrounding areas, candidates must live within a 30-minute commute of Basingstoke (Southampton furthest) Multi-Trade role, candidates must have additional skills in joinery.

Salary £38,088 per annum (includes £2,000 market supplement) + £1,000 welcome bonus *Your Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £500 is paid in your first month's salary and £500 is paid when you pass your probation.

Candidates must be external applicants and not recent employees of Guinness or in receipt of this bonus previously.

Full-Time - 39 hours per week 8:00am-4:30pm on Monday-Thursday & 8:00am-3:30pm Friday

Essential Skills/Experience:
*Demonstrable competence within required primary trade.
*Various multi-trade skills and experience, sufficient to enable the completion of repairs at the first visit (first time fix).
*Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
*Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
*Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
*Ability to make decisions and solve problems seeking any advice required.
*Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
*Ability to operate safely having considered any environmental circumstances and possible risks.

Desirable:
*Experience of working within the social housing sector.

Essential Qualifications:
*NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency.
*Full UK Driving License (a van will be provided for work use).
