Are you a Mechanical Fitter with experience building special purpose equipment or machinery? Are you interested in securing a role that is offering first class training and the opportunity to progress into senior roles within the business? Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter to join their highly skilled team. They are an industry leading engineering company that manufactures state-of-the-art machinery for customers such as BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Airbus, Fokker and many more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling automated and robotic machinery within a workshop environment. Following training, you will have the opportunity to support machine installations and commissioning at customer sites, gaining experience in some of the most high profile manufacturing sites in the world. That being said, 90% of your time will be based in the workshop in Aldershot and travel will be limited to very rare occurrences.

The Role:
*Mechanical assembly of bespoke engineering machinery - workshop based (90%)
*Installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites - UK and Worldwide Travel (10%)
*Industry specific training and further development available
*Plenty of overtime to increase earnings.

The Person:
*Mechanical Fitter / Engineer
*Ideally from a machine assembly / manufacturing background
*Looking for a varied role with training, travel opportunity and overtime.
