Hours: Full Time, Permanent 37.5 Per Week

We are looking for a Registered Care Manager with experience in extra care or supported living for a service close to local amenities and a great view of the quayside.

Responsibilities:

* Be the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service.

* Leading and supervising the support team to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care.

* Developing and implementing evidence based individualised care packages

* Always comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements and in particular the CQC

About You:

* QCF Level 5 or working towards

* Previous experience as an extra care or supported living service manager is desirable

* Held registration as a CQC manager (Desirable)

* You are driven to deliver person centred care
