Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students? Do you thrive in a dynamic and supportive educational environment? If so, we invite you to consider joining our team as a Learning Support Assistant based in Buckinghamshire.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of the students. Working closely with teachers and other staff members, you will provide individualised assistance to students with diverse learning abilities and needs. Whether it's offering academic support, assisting with classroom activities, or providing emotional encouragement, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects and activities.
Supporting students with special educational needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and emotional/behavioural challenges.
Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Collaborating with teachers and other professiionals. Qualifications:

Previous experience working with students in a school or educational setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of all students.
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students.
Relevant qualifications or training in education, special education, or related fields are advantageous but not essential.Requirements:
