Role Overview:

Position: CAMHS Practitioner
Band: 7
Location: West Midlands (Coventry)
Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

A Day in the Life of an RMN

As a specialist in CAMHS, you'll play a crucial role in the care and well-being of young patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Community Visits: Conducting regular check-ins to ensure patients' needs are met.
Medication Administration: Providing daily medication to treat patients' conditions.
Patient Interaction: Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, monitor progress, and identify any setbacks.
Risk Assessments: Performing assessments to ensure patient safety and creating a secure treatment environment.

What You Bring:

NMC Registration: Active registration as a mental health nurse.
Community Experience: Proven experience in community settings.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to Care: A strong dedication to providing the highest quality of care for patients.
Must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
