Position: In-House Commercial Property Lawyer (Part-Time)
Location: Norfolk Region (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £52,000 FTE plus bonus and excellent benefits
Experience: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' experience
Working Hours: Part-time (around three days a week, flexible hours)

Our client based in the Norfolk region is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Lawyer to join in-house legal team on a part-time basis. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, excellent benefits, and good flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities:

Handle commercial leases, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms.
Manage the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters.
Oversee way-leaves and deeds.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial property
Exposure of commercial leases, property acquisition, and disposal processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Salary/Benefits:

Competitive salary up to £52k full-time equivalent.
Performance-based bonus.

Flexible working hours (around three days a week, which can be worked as required).
Hybrid working arrangement, with office presence open for discussion.
