Civil Foreman

Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Temporary Civil Foreman/ Site Manager for a long-term project in Marlborough– working for a well-established and highly reputable civils contractor who provides groundworks, civil engineering, industrial and commercial building services.

This is a 10 -12-month project in Marlborough starting in October 2024

As Civil Site Forman / Site Manager you will be overseeing the construction of a new road and lay out – which will include major road works, earthworks, groundworks, excavation, drainage, ducting, foundations, subbase and surfacing.

To be successful in this role as civil site manager / foreman it is essential you have worked on similar civils new roads projects

For his role you MUST have an NRSWA street works certificate

Essential Requirements:

* NRSWA – Street works

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* Street Works

* First aid

* Excellent knowledge of groundworks/drainage/ducting and surfacing.

Key responsibilities:

* Overall supervision of all groundworks, drainage and ducting on site.

* Manage sub contactors to prioritise work

* Liaising with sub-contractors

* Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.

* Ensure the Site team adhere to the quality of work to meets the clients’ demands.

* Previous Site Manager or Foreman experience for 2 years plus.

* You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record with previous employers confirming length of service and continuity of employment.

* Live within commutable distance of Bristol

Benefits:

* Temporary Position –

* £250 to £270 per day (salary negotiable on experience)

* 10 – 12 months project
