Our client, a well-established family-owned business, is seeking a passionate and creative Group Marketing Manager. This role will oversee the Group Marketing Team, providing support across multiple renowned hotels and establishments.

The Role:

The Group Marketing Manager will:

* Take full ownership of the marketing strategy for four hotels.

* Drive brand awareness to increase revenue and enhance guest loyalty.

* Manage the marketing team, including a full-time marketing executive and a part-time marketing assistant.

* Plan campaigns for accommodation, dining, spa, weddings, meetings, and events.

* Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, website, digital and offline advertising, and print.

* Ensure excellent customer journey and booking experience through website development management.

* Oversee digital marketing, including SEO management and paid adverts.

* Manage the marketing budget and report ROI on key campaigns.

* Ensure transactional and marketing email messages are relevant, timely, and revenue-generating.

* Ensure all print materials are on brand, consistent, and guest-friendly.

The Candidate:

The ideal Group Marketing Manager will have:

* Substantial experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

* An academic background in marketing.

* A proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

* Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data.

* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
