Our client, a Regional Developer, based in Horsham are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a full-time basis. The SQS will be working on numerous residential developments across the region with sites varying from 20 units to 40 units focusing on the quality and specification of the builds. Duties will be varied and will include all aspects of Quantity Surveying, working from head office and visiting sites as and when required.

The client themselves are a growing business with strong growth plans over the coming months and years presenting an excellent opportunity for the right individual to continue growing and progressing with their career.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Job Location: Horsham (flexible working can be discussed)
Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £55k - £65k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)
Projects: Housebuilding
Reporting to: Commercial Manager
Working hours: Monday to Friday

Must have a minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Must have a knowledge of residential construction
Ideally working for a Developer / House Builder
Some Ground Works experience would be advantageous
Must live with 1 hour commuting distance of Horsham
Must hold a full driving licence
Good tenure- no job hopping and must be looking for a long term role

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration

Salary: £55k - £65k (DOE- potentially more for the right individual)
