Quality Inspector

Permanent Opportunity 

Paying up to £13.50 per hour 

Permanent role based in Leicester commutable from Glen Parva, Whetstone. Enderby, Braunstone, Hinckley, Desford, Groby and surrounding areas 

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector with a background in welding and fabrication to join their expanding team.

Interviewing immediately

Start time 07.00. Finish time 19.15 Monday to Thursday

Overtime paid at a premium

JOB PURPOSE

To report to the workshop Manager 

Perform part audits, first-off and final inspections of materials and processes, WIP and finished goods

To read all engineering drawings 

The Quality Inspector 

CANDIDATE:

Ability to  read all engineering drawings 
Familiar with ISO 9001
Have a welding / Fabrication background 
More than 3 years industry experience welding and fabricating
Ability to to perform first off and final inspections 
Ability to determine Product compliance to drawings 
Knowledge of CMM Equipment will be advantageous 
Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
