Pay Rate to Intermediary: £20.11 per hour

Spinwell is recruiting for a Pension Technician for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PENSION TECHNICIAN

* Create and maintain the pension records of Police Officers and Police Staff

* Administer pension schemes

* Ensure Police Officers lump sum are paid accurately and on time

* Provide correct and consistent advice/guidance and contribute to the proper functioning of the pension/payroll department.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PENSION TECHNICIAN

* Accuracy

* Attention to detail

* Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)

* Ability to organise and prioritise own workloads

* Ability to meet strict deadlines

* Good communication skills

* Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn

* Knowledge of Pension/Payroll would be beneficial but not essential
