About the Role:

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before embarking on a career in education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Veritas Education working in secondary schools across Doncaster. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, assisting teachers and providing cover for classes across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage the classroom environment.
Support students with their learning and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Uphold the school's policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.Requirements:

A degree in any subject (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
A strong desire to work in education and support student learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.Benefits:

Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:15 - 15:30.
