Static Maintenance Electrician Needed

Manchester City Centre

Salary: £36,000

Location: Manchester

Hours: 37.5 hours - Overtime available at 1.5X hourly rate flexible shift pattern.

There is a requirement for the day to day (08:30-17:00), show cover (16:30-00:00) and weekend work.Holidays:

25 days plus Bank Holidays

5+ pair of tickets annually

Responsibilities Include:

Work on single phase and three phase electrical distribution systems and engineering equipment
Undertake planned maintenance covering Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning control systems.
Undertake Planned Maintenance and Testing of Life Systems - Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Standby Generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies.
Testing, inspection, and fault finding of electrical equipment.
Capable of undertaking reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical systems and equipment.
Recording of maintenance and repair activities on Computer Aided Facilities System (CAFM).
An ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications Required:

Full UK Driving Licence.
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
18th Edition of Wiring Regulations.
Electrical Inspection and Testing (or equivalent).Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
