IT Technicians, we have an exciting new opportunity for you

Realise Ed are currently working with a vibrant secondary school in Lincoln to recruit a passionate and dedicated IT Technician to join their team. The role is to start ASAP and there may be a possibility of a more senior role depending on experience, initially working on supply with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. If you have experience as a IT technician and are looking for an exciting new opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you

Main responsibilities for the role are to assist the ICT Systems Manager in maintaining the Academy’s site-wide network and to perform ICT Technician tasks servicing ICT equipment and solving problems as they arise.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills who is flexible and able to work as part of a team, with an ability to work independently on IT projects where necessary. A good knowledge of ICT Hardware support is an advantage, as is experience of working in an ICT support environment.

All candidates are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well either a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
