Elevation Recruitment group are working on an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator, to work with an established and growing manufacturer in Rotherham. Your main role will be to deliver outstanding customer service and support to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty across the business.

You'll be the go-to person for customers, handling their queries, sorting any issues, and making sure they have a positive experience every step of the way.

This role would really suit a hands on, adaptable individual who is open to the change of a growing business.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Coordinator:

Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering a good service at all times
Answering calls and emails promptly and professionally
Input orders accurately into the ERP system
Processing orders and keep customers informed about shipping dates, potential delays, and any additional information
Generate invoices and coordinating with couriers as necessary
Log all customer feedback, process returns efficiently and keep customers informed
Develop an understanding of the company's products or services, staying updated on features, pricing, promotions, and policies to offer accurate information and make suitable recommendations to customers
Collaborate with and support other teams, including sales, purchasing, and technical support, to address customer issues and contribute to enhancing overall customer care processes

Requirements of the Customer Care Coordinator:

Excellent customer service skills/experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
