Sales / Service Representative

2 days in Office, 3 days field based.

Permanent Opportunity

Brierley Hill,

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09.00am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.

We are working in partnership with a well-established company who are based in Brierley Hill.

Job Role

* In a dynamic fast paced environment, you will act as the face of their company.

* Job will be a hybrid role of office and field-based mix.

* Playing a critical role in customer interactions.

* Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be required to balance lead times and the customers' expectations.

* You will be keen to solve customer problems, and interested in following up to understand how things are progressing.

* You are tenacious, proactive, and interested in helping customers.

* Able to quickly integrate into a small team.

* Fact Finding.

* Organising and planning visits with current companies.

* Identify

Responsibilities:

* Manage and engage with customers.

* Regular face to face meetings with customers.

* Identify new opportunities near our current customers and help build long term business.

* Keep on top of regular customer order patterns and ensure these come in as expected.

* Support the Business Manager with sales growth within your customer base.

* Previous experience in an outwardly facing role.

* Personable, sociable, and engaging personality.

* Be well presented.

* Pro-active problem solver.

* Motivated to learn and be helpful.

* Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.

* Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Negotiation skills.

* Based near Site.

* Clean UK driver’s License.
