Production Operative

Engage are currently recruiting Skilled Production Operatives to join their client based in Edinburgh.

You will working within a large scale, fast paced production environment. Focusing on efficient production practices, health and safety and quality to deliver business objectives.

You will be flexible to work shifts, including days and nights with overtime opportunities. Receiving a salary between £27-35k DOE + excellent benefits included.

If you can:

* Operate heavy duty machinery

* Be complaint with health and safety procedures

* Carry out stock takes and complete all company records

* Proactively seek solutions to prevent an impact on production and quality

* Conduct basic level routine maintenance

* Communicate with the Engineering department to address breakdowns

And be:

* Experienced manufacturing or production environment

* Proactive with strict safety and quality control procedures and KPI’s

* A proactive team player working collaboratively with the wider business

* Able to take ownership of work

* Capable of working under minimal supervision in a fast-paced work environment
