My client a leading M&E contractor are currently seeking an experienced electrical QS to join thier team on a perm basis.

Overview of Role:

As the Electrical QS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflows within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise electrical teams, promoting a safety-first culture.

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.

* Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.

* Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair

* Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines.

* Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure.

* Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.

* Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity.

* Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

* The ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

* Capability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.

* Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs.

* Resilience and attention to detail.

* A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
