Key Responsibilities:

* Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and servicing of photocopiers and printers, ensuring optimal performance.

* Consumables Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of printing supplies.

* Coordination with Engineers: Liaise with third-party support engineers for timely repairs and maintenance.

* Print Queue Management: Efficiently monitor and manage print queues to ensure timely completion of print jobs.

* Mail Processing: Handle daily mail processing duties.

* Photocopying Services: Provide reliable photocopying services for both staff and students.

* Reporting: Generate detailed reports on photocopying accounts and equipment usage.
