The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, offering a full range of services including Sales, Lettings, and Property Management.

The Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be assisting clients in finding their perfect home while expertly managing the letting process.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings, provide detailed property information.
Negotiate rental agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
Prepare and manage tenancy documentation and legal compliance.
Stay updated on local property market trends.
Assist with Market Appraisals and Take On’s.
Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Requirements:

Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Lettings Negotiator in a similar role.
Local property market knowledge.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organisational and time management abilities.
Skilled in real estate software and databases.
Full UK driving licence and car
