Electrician – Overview

We are currently working with an established Climate Control & Electrical contractor in the Midlands who are seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join the team. The company have been operating for over 50 years. They currently turnover circa £20million as a business with a head count of 71 across all departments. The Electrical division is the youngest in the group but is the quickest growing. As the team develops, there will be opportunity to move up to Supervisor roles if you wish too.

They company specialise within installation, maintenance and remedial works in commercial properties with a small amount of domestic. You will work in sites throughout the midlands installing/wiring electrical systems in properties, carrying out maintenance & remedial works and carrying out period testing & inspection works in commercial properties as well. There are several areas such as Electric Heating and HVAC which they can also train you up on for the electrical side. The are looking to triple the size of the team over the next 12-18 months so there will be opportunities to move up to Supervisor level if you wish too.

There is no call out rota but plenty of overtime available as well as door to door travel pay for all the time you spend in the van. A full UK driving licence is required.
