Resourcer

Viking Resources are currently recruiting an experienced Resourcer/Resource Manager to work from their Wolverhampton Office.
As an integral part of the rail team you will be responsible for the following:
Candidate attraction and registration, ensuring candidates are fully compliant before deployment.
Rostering of candidates into various roles for our clients ensuring works are carried out in accordnace to sentinel scheme rules.
Day to day management of the workforce including but not limited to, issuing of PPE, dealing with payroll queries, ensuring all candidates are in possession of any required paperwork such as timesheets, SWP's etc etc and ensuring all staff are provided with the correct information in order for them to carry out their duties.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working within the rail sector and will be familiar with Sentinel scheme rules and the processes associated with recruitment into the rail sector. Previous experience from a blue collar resourcing back ground will also be considered.
Good communuication skills are essential as is the ability to build and develop strong working relationships with the workforce.
