Salary: £44,000

Hourly rate:  £20 per hour paid CIS

Temporary to Permanent position

Van, Fuel and Parking Card Provided

Day to Day duties of a Floor layer:

Carpentry
flooring
Reactive maintenance
Repairs
Measuring spaces
Preparing sub floor
1st and 2nd fixes
Requirements of a Floor layer:

Experience in residential, council or domestic properties
Good customer service
Drivers License
Qualifications
Asbestos awareness (we sort this)
DBS ( we sort this)
