Responsibilities:  

As a Learning Support Assistant, your role is vital in supporting students throughout their educational journey. 
It's crucial to develop a range of strategies to effectively address the unique needs of each student. 
You'll closely collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to craft comprehensive support plans together. 
Emphasising a positive atmosphere geared toward enhancing social and communication skills is paramount. 
Regularly implementing interventions and engaging in activities to support academic progress are essential components of your responsibilities. 

Requirements:  

Candidates with prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant will receive consideration. 
Applicants holding a valid driver's license will be prioritised. 
Effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role. 
We prioritise qualities such as compassion, patience, and empathy. 
Adaptability and flexibility in various situations are essential. 
A strong commitment to promoting the success and well-being of students is paramount.
