Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Day rate: £250- £290

Hours of Work: 8am - 4:30pm

Type: Temp

Start Date: Immediately 

We are hiring for a Site Manager that has an enhanced DBS check and can oversee and adheare to health and safety standards on a roofing site.

Duties

Set up site prior to the commencement of project work
Plan projects and ensure they meet agreed specifications, budget and timescales
Oversee building work
Supervising direct labour and contracted staff
Meeting subcontractors
Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Keeping the site tidy every day
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Maintaining quality control procedures
Motivating the workforce
Problem-solving
Skills and experience of a (Job Title)

SMSTS
Enhanced DBS
Experience as a Site Manager
Health and Safety qualification
About the Client

Our client is a roofing contractor that are looking for a Site Manager to join one of their projects on a temporary basis.
