We are working with a Leading National Care Home Group to recruit Registered Nurses to work in their care home located in the heart of Battersea, London.

Hours:Days & Nights shifts (08:00am to 20:00pm) & (20:00pm to 08:00am)

Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:

* Observations

* Administering medication

* Reviewing and evaluating individual care plans.

* Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.

* Making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.

* Responsible for the well-being of residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met

* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents

* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.

Who are we looking for?

* Registered Nurse (6 months experience)

* NMC Pin (No restrictions or conditions on practice)

* Effective Communication skills

* Compassionate Nature

* Able to work days and night shifts
