The opportunity:

As our In-House Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will be integral to our team, providing expert legal advice and support across a wide range of issues, with a particular focus on dispute resolution. You will work closely with various departments within the company to pre-emptively address legal issues, efficiently manage disputes, and support the overall growth and innovation of the business in the energy sector.

Your role:

Provide legal advice and support on dispute resolution matters, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Work proactively to identify potential legal issues and develop strategies to minimize risk.

Manage external legal counsel and oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Advise on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and other legal matters relevant to the energy sector.

Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Collaborate with teams across the company to provide strategic legal input on projects and initiatives.

About You:

Qualified lawyer with a strong background in dispute resolution, ideally with experience in the energy sector or a related field.

Excellent legal analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

A proactive, innovative thinker with a commitment to supporting business growth and sustainability in the energy sector.
