Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Primary School Teacher in Telford. You will join a school committed to providing a nurturing and enjoyable environment where children are inspired and encouraged to develop life skills, learn, and thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the UK national curriculum for Year 3 pupils.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and pupil engagement.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience for pupils.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
Uphold the school's values and ethos, promoting respect, responsibility, and a sense of community.Requirements for this role include:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 3 students.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
