Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? A vibrant school in Brierley Hill is seeking a strong and confident Teaching Assistant to join their team and support small groups of SEND pupils. Key Responsibilities:
* Leading small groups of SEND pupils, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
* Assisting the class teacher in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
* Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes active learning.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Proven experience working with SEND pupils.
* Confidence in leading small groups and managing classroom activities.
* Ability to keep up with very active children and engage them in various learning activities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to working full time, term time only.
