THE ROLE

As Ticketing Executive you will ultimately be responsible for delivering an efficient ticket distribution process to maximise event sales. Responsibilities will include:

Effective use of the ticketing system to streamline the customer journey
Managing ticket allocation and guest management systems
Responding effectively to all client and customer enquiries
Liaising with clients and third-party rights holders
Liaising with internal teams regarding upcoming events
Preparing event sales reports
Onsite ticket resolution management (some weekends and evenings as required)
THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in ticketing and/or large-scale reservations using a ticketing system and will be used to providing exceptional customer service. You will be experienced using Excel and have high attention to detail.
