Join Our Client's Team as a Water Services Supervisor

Position: Water Services Supervisor
Location: Charing Cross
Salary: Up to £45,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a small team of 3 to ensure all water management PPMs are completed

* Investigate and remediate water services-related issues using strong plumbing or mechanical skills

* Maintain and manage logbooks and write technical reports

* Act as the designated Water Authorised Person (AP)

* Ensure compliance with water management regulations and standards

* Engage comfortably with customers and provide excellent service

* Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure smooth operation of water services

Qualifications and Skills:

* Strong plumbing or mechanical background

* Experience in water management, preferably in healthcare (not mandatory)

* Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role

* Excellent organisational skills to manage logbooks and reports

* Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment

* Willingness to undergo training and development
