The Opportunity:
You will be joining an innovative consulting team dedicated to transforming government digital services through cutting-edge technology and agile methodologies.
Based in the heart of Edinburgh, they work on projects that make a real difference in the public sector via digital transformation initiatives that are used by the general public on a daily basis.
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering exceptional cloud-based solutions for government digital services with a strong background in Scrum practices, cloud platforms and a genuine passion for improving public sector digital experiences.
Skills and Experience:
* Industry certification - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or similar agile certification
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master with previous experience in Government Digital Services (GDS), Digital First or similar public sector digital transformation projects
* Experience of scrum mastering in modern digital delivery environments (e.g. Cloud, CI/CD pipelines)
* Good team management skills – proactive removal of blockers to clear path for delivery, maintain good team dynamics, as well as establishing a positive, motivated team culture
* A good understanding of Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro
* Familiar with DevOps practices and tools
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, consulting environment
