Daniel Owen have partnered with an award winning Facilities Management company who are looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor to join their team on a large business park in Oxford.

The role is a permanent position, Monday to Friday working 6AM to 2:30PM.

Cleaning Supervisor - About the role

As an experienced Cleaning supervisor you will be tasked with supervising the ever growing cleaning team across a number of buildings on a large business park on the borders of Abingdon. The successful cleaning supervisor will have experience running a team and having a high level of attention to detail to ensure a high level of service is provided to the client.

Main Duties

You will be responsible for the team members making sure the following tasks are carried out -

Increase the frequency of cleaning around the building, ensuring that areas are always cleaned to the highest of standards.
Clean all surfaces, especially ones that are touched frequently like door handles, light switches, kitchen areas & bathrooms.
Maintain Health & Safety Standards at all times.
Ensure all equipment and cleaning products are stored correctly and in line with COSHH guidelines.To be successful in the role, you will need:

Good attention to detail
To be reliable, punctual and responsible with a flexible approach to workIf successful and offered a permanent position you will be offered a number of incentives
