Complete the Sales Development Programme
Learn sales planning, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, objection handling, and closing
Build and boost personal brands in the sales industry
Develop listening skills to tailor sales approaches
Identify potential customer groups
Make calls and send emails to engage potential customers
Follow up with customers to turn leads from cold to warm
Book meetings and attend them
Play an active role in the team, sharing successes and failures
Track progress and gather market intelligence Entry Requirements:
English and maths qualifications at grade C/4 or above in GCSEs or level 2 in functional skills.
Commitment to developing skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week and a full time contract.
Willingness to complete an 24-month apprenticeship (plus 3 months of EPA) starting January 2025.
