Remedial Plumber

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Remedial Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Remedial Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Remedial Plumber, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Remedial Plumber, will be responsible for:

* Carrying out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks.

* Working across a wide range of client sites and meet their ' agreed requirements with regards to the Legionella control programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual.

* Carrying out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.

* Maintaining customer's water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.

* Taking a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.

* Completing and submiting all documentation relating to the work carried out in a timely manner.

* Producing documentation and follow the progress of any paperwork regarding customer queries.

* Carrying out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 with guidance for the Water Technical Manual.

To be successful for this Remedial Plumber role you must have:

* NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role.

* Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable.

* Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package.

* The ability to work under pressure, being able to manage and work to deadlines.
