Our client is a tier 1 main contractor operating in the commercial office, education, leisure, and life sciences sectors, handling both private and public schemes. As a family-owned business, they have a robust pipeline of projects in this region.

Key Requirements:

* Proven track record of delivering commercial projects ( £25M+) from inception to completion

* Previous experience thriving in a tier 1 contracting environment

* Expertise in PCSA and 2nd stage tender processes

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage project timelines and budgets

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved

* Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

* Knowledge of building codes and regulations
