About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a love for art, encouraging creative expression, and helping students to develop their artistic skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
Inspire and motivate students to explore their creativity and achieve their potential.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to the development of the art curriculum and department.
Participate in school events, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in Art or a related subject.
Proven experience teaching art at secondary school level.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development.
