The Deputy Nurse Manager role offers:

Annual salary up to £50k.
Monday-Fri (8:00-5:00pm)
£24.00 per hour.
40 hours per week, day shift.
28 days holiday allowance.

As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:

Support the care home manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Lead the home in the manager's absence.
Provide information, advice, and support to residents, families, and staff.
Ensure clinical oversight of all aspects of residents' care.
Promote residents' rights and encourage participation in activities.
Help residents access local services and community activities.
Monitor business performance and quality of care.
Ensure staff are up-to-date with current policies and practices.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Work within the NMC codes of conduct.
Provide professional supervision to care and nursing staff.
Ensure effective communication with relatives and healthcare professionals.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of care and management.The ideal Deputy Nurse Manager will:

Have previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or Deputy Nurse Manager in a similar setting.
Possess strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Be knowledgeable about NMC codes of conduct.
Have experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
Be able to provide professional supervision to care and nursing staff.
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of care and management.LICLM
